Fee Rules

Since the school is unaided, fees are decided by the Governing Body of the Society, from time to time, in consultation with the P.T.A, to meet the expenses for the development of the school.

  • 1. 1. Fees Once Paid will not be refunded Under Any Circumstances.
  • 2. 2. It is the responsibility of Parents to remit fees on time as per the fee chart. No separate circular is issued for intimation.
  • 3. Fee payment is to be made in Cash/Cheque by ‘A/c Payee Cheques’, in favour of -
    "ST. JOSEPH'S CONVENT SR. SEC. SCHOOL" for CLASSES 1 TO 10 AND
    "ST. JOSEPH’S CONVENT SCHOOL KG" FOR KG SECTION
  • 4. The fees must be deposited at the school office between
         08.30 a.m. and 01.30 p.m. (Mon. to Fri.)
         08.30 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. on Saturdays.
  • 5. Online payment can be done using Credit card/Debit card/Net banking through the website www.sjfcampuscare.in By doing so you could download the fee slip at your end.
  • 6. Online payments can be made through NEFT or using the QR code according to the details given below. Kindly inform the school office accordingly after the payment is done through mail st.josephsconventfetri@yahoo.in or call on +91 7709671169.

  • 7. ADMISSION FEE is charged once at the time of admission, for entire schooling. It’s a one-time payment and there will be no subsequent admission fees in the coming years
  • 8. TERM FEE is charged annually for the two terms together and is to be paid at the time of admission.
  • 9. TUITION FEES must be paid on or before 10th of each quarter as mentioned in the above fee structure.
  • 10. A late fee of Rs. 50/- will be charged for the late payment for first 15 days and thereafter Rs.5/- per day from the due date. Non-Payment of school fee for one quarter will result in automatically striking off the child’s name from the School Roll. Fresh admission will have to be sought on payment of re-admission fees.
  • 11. There will be a fee hike of 10 to 15% every two years as per the Maharashtra Fee Regulation Act.
  • 12. Parents are asked to retain the receipt of fees paid and produce them as proof of payment, when needed.
  • 13. No reduction of fee is made on account of mid-summer and winter holidays or other vacations or temporary absence.
  • 14. Bus fees to be paid directly to the Bus contractor as per his instructions. Any change in bus service will be intimated through the students.
  • 15. Parents are requested to contact the school office regarding complaints about bus service. Suggestions for more effective service are welcome.

    No school matters will be entertained on school holidays.
